You must be at least 13 years old to use IELTS Nation. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@ieltsnation.uz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account use.

IELTS Nation is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute platform content without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our data or models
• Use AI features to generate harmful or misleading content
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Services
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

IELTS Nation offers IELTS exam preparation content including AI-graded mock tests, Writing and Speaking feedback, AI Tutor sessions, vocabulary flashcards, daily study plans, and practice drills.

We do not guarantee specific band score improvements. AI-generated feedback is intended as a learning aid and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always apply your own judgement.

IELTS Nation offers subscription-based access. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed securely through Payme. All prices are shown in Uzbek Som (UZS). Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Promotional pricing and trial periods are subject to change.

Our AI features — including essay grading, speaking evaluation, AI Tutor, and personalised study plans — are provided to supplement your own study efforts. AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Treat all AI-generated content as guidance, not as definitive instruction.

By submitting content (essays, recordings, chat messages) to IELTS Nation, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and use that content solely for:

• Operating and improving the platform
• Providing personalised feedback and experiences
• Improving our internal AI models

You retain full ownership of your content.

All platform content, code, graphics, trademarks, and AI models are the property of IELTS Nation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

IELTS® is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP Education, and Cambridge Assessment English. They are not affiliated with IELTS Nation and do not endorse this product.

IELTS Nation integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication) and Payme (payments). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party failures or data practices.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam results, band score changes, or academic outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse AI features, or misuse platform content. You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
